Directions:
As a dietary supplement, take 2 teaspoons (about 12g), 3 times daily.

Ingredients:
Sichuan fritillary bulb, schisandra fruit extract, white mulberry root extract, coltsfoot flower bud extract, grosvenor momordica fruit
