Those who have a history of cardiovascular disorders or are taking antiarrhythmic medicines such as quinidine, procainamide (Pronestyl), disopyramide ( (Norpace), flecainide (Tambocor), propefanone (Rythmol) and amiodarone (Cordarone) should take this herb with extreme caution.
