Cooking Directions: Cook and bring one full bag to a boil in 8-12 cups of water. Remove from heat after finish boiling.
How To Use: Keep herbal infusion in pot while hot. Place towel to cover the head as you place your face and upper body above the pot to allow to steam the face. Steam for 10 minutes, or until steam and heat from the herbal infusion cools down and wears off. Sweating is normal and will occur. You may also bathe in the herbal infusion. Let skin absorb the herbal infusion after your bathing method without rinsing off with water.
Ingredients: Folium Artemisiae, Blumea Balsumifera, Herba Cymbopogon Citratus, Ramulus Cinnamoni, Folium Perillae, Herba Menthae, Herba Schizonepetae.
