羊肚菌性平，味甘寒，有益肠胃、助消化、化痰理气、补肾壮阳、补脑提神等功效，另外还具有强身健体、预防感冒，增强人体免疫力的功效。
食用方法：
一、羊肚菌汆瘦肉汤。选取里脊肉300克、羊肚菌50克，羊肚菌加冷水
入砂锅同煮，煮滚5分钟之后放入里脊肉，再煮滚2分钟，仅加入适量盐
巴调味即可食用；
二、是爆炒新鲜羊肚菌，选取芹菜、葱若
干切段，五花肉若干切薄片，高火起油锅放入五花肉，煸炒至五花肉略
显金黄色时滴入几滴味极鲜，倒入新鲜羊肚菌继续高火蝙炒3-4分钟，
最后放入芹菜、葱和适量盐调味即可起锅
