Gui Ling Gao Fen Chinese Herbal Jelly Powder - 古银牌 龟苓膏粉 (250g)

Gui Ling Gao is China's traditional food, which has a slight bitterness, but also sweet. It is consumed all seasons.

Directions: Add one spoon, about 10g of this product, in a bowl. Incorporate two spoons of cool water and stir into a paste, Then add 100℃/212°F boiling water (200ml) to continue stirring with the paste. Serve by adding milk, honey or cane sugar after it has cool down. It is ready to eat after refrigerating for 30 minutes.

Ingredients: cassava starch, grass jelly (mesona chinensis), tuckahoe, licorice root, sophora japonica.

龟苓膏是我国传统食品，气味清香，味甘微苦，入口爽滑，不论老少，不分季节，皆宜食用。
冲食方法：将龟苓膏粉一汤匙约10克，倒入碗（或盅）内，加入冷开水两汤匙搅成糊状，然后加入沸100度开水200毫升（普通饭碗九成满），边冲边搅匀，
待冷却即成膏状，加牛奶、蜂蜜或蔗糖即可食用。
煮食方法：本包共可配水6-6.5公斤，先取1公斤冷水把龟苓膏粉开成无核糊状，再用余下之水煮滚，把糊边冲边搅匀至沸，待充分冷疑后加蜂蜜、牛奶
即可食用，冷藏后味更佳。
