Usage and Dosage: For short-term oral administration, 20-30g per day. For long-term administration, three times a day 5g each time. For medicinal and dietary use, you may combine with chicken, pork, or meat soup of your choice. Use 15-50g each time. Also compatible with other herbs when following an herbal practitioner's directions.
