Directions: Take an appropriate amount of fungus and soak them in cold water for 6-8 hours. After expansion, rinse with clean water several times. Control moisture and set aside (do not squeeze). Fungus are good for cooking as a hot dish or a cold dish. They are also delicious in soups or hot pot.
