Colego Tea 好运沱茶

Colego Tuocha is a tea blend of Puerh Tea, Oolong Tea, and Jasmine Green Tea that can help with blood cholesterol and pressure. It is a very popular tea to drink after meals to help emulsify the oils and reduce the impact into your bloodstream. Each box comes with 90 individually packed tea bags as well as an additional small box on top for sharing which include 2 packs of Colego Tuocha and 2 packs of the Detox Guava Tea.  

Directions:

1. Brew: Use one tea bag per cup. Pour 150 ml of boiling water over the teabag

2. Steep: Cover the cup and let the teabag steep for 3-5 minutes 

3. Stir: Squeeze the teabag and stir for at least 30 seconds to release the natural ingredients of the tea and until the water has become dark brown in color
