INDICATIONS: This herbal tea is good for controlling weight, especially for those who have trouble controlling food consumption. Suitable for both males and females.

DIRECTIONS: Do not use boiling or hot water. Simply pour a cup of cold water over a teabag and let steep for about 30 minutes.
One teabag, two times daily to be taken in the morning and before sleeping.

用法：将一小包秀美樂用冷開水或温開水浸焗约三十分鐘，隔清水後慢慢飮下亦可加些蜜糖或檸檬汁，開始飮用時最好在臨睡前每晚一杯，一星期後早晚各一杯
