Ingredients: Sugar, Oat, Wheat Flour, Glucose, Brown Rice, Mung Bean, Adlay, Oat Fiber, Lotus Seed.

Direction: Empty one sachet into a cup, add 180ml to 200ml of boiling water, stir it well. Let stand for 3 mins and serve.
