After filling out the prescription form on our formulas webpage or sending us the formula components via email (khtherbs@gmail.com), we will inform you of the availability of all herbs and the price per package for your herbal formula. Please select the price per package we have quoted and indicate the number of packages you would like. Please use the same email for your order as the one submitted in the form or used to send us the formula so that we can match it to the correct customer. Once we receive payment, we will fill the formula and send it out promptly.
Refill Directions: Please submit your order with the quoted price for the formula you would like refilled and email us the date in which you submitted the formula previously. We will be able to pull up the herbal formula from then.
**RETURNS EXCLUSION: Custom herbal formulas cannot be returned due to the specific nature and composition of each formula. Thank you for your understanding**
