Xiao Chai Hu is used to treat a variety of ailments including:
  • External pathogenic conditions where alternating warmth and chilled feelings are present.
  • Digestive disorders associated with Stomach and Liver Qi stagnation.
  • Emotional complaints associated with anxiety, irritability, depressed mood, or alternating emotional symptoms.
  • Gastrointestinal disorders associated with concurrent Liver Qi stagnation, Spleen deficiency, and damp Heat.
  • Digestive and emotional complaints
  • Lingering pathogen conditions or patterns.
  • Used as a regular constitutional treatment to help maintain physical, emotional and mental balance 

Cautions and Contraindications: Patients taking interferon. Contraindicated in conditions of excess above and deficiency below, and Liver Fire. Use with caution in patients with Liver Yang Rising and hypertension.

Ingredients: Bupleurum, Scutellaria, Ginger Pinellia, Codonopsis, Ginger, Licorice, Jujube, Surcrose

Directions: 1-2 bags at a time, 3 times a day. Dissolve granules with hot water.
