Derived from lian hua, the lotus flower, Lianhua Qingwen can help to clear heat and has been used to treat fever, cough, and headaches. Lotus flower is believed to have anti-inflammatory and immune regulatory functions with effectiveness in inhibiting airway inflammation that occur during respiratory diseases. Recommended dosage is 1 packet dissolved in warm water, 3 times a day.
