Dandelion can be used as as a natural remedy to support blood sugar management and boost skin, liver, and heart health. It has the functions of clearing heat and detoxifying, eliminating carbuncle and dissipating stagnation, anti-inflammatory, cooling blood. The plant has long been used in herbal medicine to help with digestion and stimulate the appetite. You can safely eat the entire dandelion plant from root to blossom. From root to flower, dandelions are highly nutritious plants loaded with vitamins, minerals, and fiber. They are an excellent source of vitamins A, C, and K. They also contain vitamin E, folate, and small amounts of other B vitamins. Dandelion may reduce inflammation, thanks to certain compounds such as polyphenols.
Directions: This product must be cooked in boiling water above 100°c for more than 10 minutes before serving.
