Suitable for muscle and bone pain, old suffering from stasis, shoulder, back and low back pain. A round herbal ball that can be chewed or dissolved in alcohol for external application to the skin for bruises, swelling, sprains etc. These type of injuries causes blood stagnation and blood stasis. Tieh Ta Wan works internally or externally to unblock this stagnation. Deep contusions or sprains really heal fast when this is taken internally.
